Sekinan Library was founded in 1986 at Hakuba, Nagano.
SRFL was begun in 2003 for the purpose of publication of Essays, Papers and Theories written at Sekinan Library by TANAKA Akio.
Now I am concentrating to write papers of Quantum-Nerve Theory and its preparation that contains geometrical algebra leading by Perelman and his colleagues.
